Une affaire de famille

En ce moment, j’ai 3 sociétés à revoir : Associated Capital Group, Nexpoint Residential et Fortress Investment Group. Commençons par ce qui semble le plus simple, Associated Capital Group (AC). On remarquera que le nom est assez tarte, c’est un bon point. AC est un spin-off de Gamco, la société d’investissement de Mario Gabelli. Le but est apparemment de sortir le cash et quelques autres actifs mal valorisés.
